FIRST VISIT:16th February 2008
We arrived in Crewe at 2.30 in the knowledge that Crewe were at home against Carlisle United.We did not expect to get in the ground as we knew there was a match on.However we learnt from a couple of Carlisle fans that the match was off.This was good news for us as it could be a chance to get in.After being told by 2 stewards no one was allowed in I went to the main club office and a very nice man said no problem and invited us in for a look around.He gave the me and my friend a free programme each and the club mascot came and had pictures with us.A really friendly club and my 50th football ground.
