FIRST MATCH: Sunderland 0-1 Chelsea – Premiership
My first visit to the Stadium Of Light. A good game to choose as well as Sunderland were entertaining champions Chelsea.The stadium is superb and I had a great view.John Foster who is my Dad’s friend even announced our names at half time stating it was my first visit there which was nice.We took plenty of photos as usual and the attendance was the highest of all the days fixtures.Chelsea won 1-0 in an entertaining game with John Terry scoring the only goal.
