FIRST MATCH:Sheffield United 2-0 Bradford City
As the ground isn’t very far away from my house, I have been to Bramall Lane many times. I first visited on my 8th birthday when my Grandad took me to watch the Blades beat Bradford City 2-0 in the then 1st Division (now Championship). Since then I have been to 2 open days there, watched both Sheffield FC’s 150th celebration matches against Inter Milan and Ajax and most recently to watch them in the Steel City Derby against Wednesday which they lost 2-1. I like Bramall Lane, it’s a nice stadium though maybe not as good as Hillsborough.
