Its that time of year again! Snooker biggest event is less than 24 hours away and here are some pictures from the past weeks build up at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield. I will be keeping a diary of the tournament here on the site, and I hope you enjoy the next 17 days.

Crucible debutant Andrew Pagett is the latest top snooker player to give an interview here on ryan147.com
Currently ranked 71st in the provisional rankings, Pagett defeated Zhang Anda, Bjorn Haneveer, Nigel Bond and Andrew Higginson to book his place at the Crucible for the first time in his career. The Welshman will now face Jamie Cope in his first ever match at the final stages of a ranking event.
