On Friday 22nd April 2011 I was back on the Crucible on a beautiful sunny day for the second session of Martin Gould v Judd Trump.

On Thursday 21st April 2011 I was once again at the Crucible as the second round began with Martin Gould v Judd Trump.

On Wednesday 20th April 2011 I was back at the Crucible Theatre for the World Championship. For the first ever time I would be in the Crucible for the morning, afternoon and evening sessions.

On Tuesday 19th April I was back at the Crucible Theatre for Day 4 of the World Snooker Championship to watch 2002 World Champion Peter Ebdon play Stuart Bingham.

After missing the opening day for the football, I made my first trip to the 2011 World Championship at the Crucible Theatre on Sunday 17th April.

Currently ranked 71st in the provisional rankings, Pagett defeated Zhang Anda, Bjorn Haneveer, Nigel Bond and Andrew Higginson to book his place at the Crucible for the first time in his career. The Welshman will now face Jamie Cope in his first ever match at the final stages of a ranking event.

Welcome to my fifth Q&A with stars of the Snooker world.

Ricky Walden is the latest snooker star to be interviewed on ryan147.com. Currently ranked 20th in the world officially, Ricky has a great chance of breaking into the top 16 for the first chance in his career this season starting 12th on the one year list.
Ricky also goes into the Shanghai Masters, which begins on monday, as the number one seed after winning the event last season. Ricky beat 2 former world champions, and 2 other players inside the top 16 to reach the final against Ronnie O’Sullivan. Then Ricky caused probably the shcok of the season by beating Ronnie 10-8 in a thrilling final.
Ricky has also won 3 invitational tournaments in the last year, winning the 2008 Belgian Open, 2008 Sangsom Six Red Event and more recently the 2009 General Cup held in China.
