A fantastic second half performance from Sheffield FC earned them an important 3-1 victory against Market Drayton Town on Tuesday evening.
Three goals in eleven minutes from Benny Igi-Ehon, captain Conor Glavin and James Gregory gave Sheffield the win, after trailing at the break courtesy of William Whieldon’s goal for the visitors.
Three points move Club up to third in the Evo Stik Division 1 South table as their fast start to the campaign continues.

On Saturday 20th October 2012 I was invited to the BT Local Business Stadium to report on the game between Sheffield FC and Sutton Coldfield Town.

On Saturday 1st September I was invited to go to the BT Local Business Stadium to watch Sheffield FC play King’s Lynn Town and write the match report for the programme and official website.

On Tuesday 17th July 2012 I went to the Coach and Horses Ground to watch Sheffield FC play a strong Sheffield Wednesday side in a Pre Season Friendly.

On Tuesday 3rd August I made my yearly visit to the world’s oldest football club for the pre season friendly with Chesterfield.

On Tuesday 13th October 2009 I went to Belper Town’s Christchurch Meadow to watch them play the oldest football club in the world, Sheffield FC. This was in the first round of the Presidents Cup

Today (Monday 3rd) we went to watch Chesterfield play the world oldest football club, Sheffield FC in a pre season friendly at the Bright Finance ground.
